Real customers, real San Jose homes

“We recently bought a mostly original home from 1950 that had old galvanized pipes that were corroded and leaking in the walls. They did a major re-pipe, replaced our water heater, and made sure all our old galvanized pipe was gone. Quickly, with great communication, and at a fair price.”

“We were in dire need. I called and Russell answered. I had a few calls before and they were not able to help. Russell got me a technician the same day and they were able to fix the problem quickly.”

“Roberto was so professional and knowledgeable. He responded quickly to our emergency and helped replace our water heater the same day.”

“The second time I used Best Bay Plumbing, again with excellent service. Roberto was very professional and thorough. The price was right, too.”

“The owner was prompt and honest and also found a way to complete the project for much less than two other companies had quoted.”

“On-time, friendly, and efficient. Explained what he was doing, which was appreciated. Did not pressure me into anything. Highly recommend!”

“Service was done on a Sunday. On-time, very professional and kept us up to date while fixing our issue.”

“He discovered a small leak in a pipe that we didn't even know about. After that, he fixed the whole drain system. Best Bay is the best!”

“Roberto has saved me twice in a month with different plumbing issues. They are honest, prompt and do great work!”

“Very professional, made sure they had shoe covers on. Very thorough and triple checked to make sure there were no leaks.”

“Solved my leaky valve problem on a Sunday afternoon. Very honest and explained my options for both issues.”
